Since 2011, we have been THE point of contact when it comes to cleaning tanks and containers thoroughly. Whether you need a standard spray ball or a special solution that meets particular requirements, we will provide it.

We have standard spray balls in the most common sizes already in stock, or for special spray balls, you can choose from our extensive database or we will design the right spray ball for you according to your specifications. On top of this, we manufacture all of our products 100% in-house, resulting in short delivery lead times.

As we are equipped with the latest machinery, we can also work directly with your CAD data. Stainless steel is not simply stainless steel – especially with sensitive media, selecting the right alloy is crucial to the success of your cleaning. We are happy to advise you on this.

  • BURKHARD spray balls are used for the low-pressure cleaning of the insides of containers, tanks, receptacles and machines of all kinds
  • The main application areas are the food industry, medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology and general mechanical engineering

Static spray ball with push-in connection

For the cleaning in place (CIP) of containers and tanks.
The connection between the supply pipe and the spray ball is secured by either a split pin or a retaining clip.
Our spray balls are most effective in the low-pressure range between 1 bar and 2.5 bar.
